Oh my god! the way you did her eyes.. amazing. They are so calm, yet - so vibrant... They, themselves, are the reason for leaving a "+fav: here..
I also like the way you coloured the hair - messy, but dynamic. They're alive. Lips are sexy, and nice looking.
The colour palette is impressive as well - there are few people, who can operate with this kind of low-contrast tones so well. The only thing, that bothers me, is the hair-thingy, and those 'crosses' in the background - those chaotic lines and the outer glow kind of disturb the peacefulness of her glare, and the perfect balance you've created between her eyes and hair.
Neverthless - it's a kind of picture, one could dream to see here everyday.
